Frequently Asked Questions
Your first session will be 60-90 minutes where we get the chance to really listen to your story and history, looking into your lifestyle factors, and understanding what your goals are. It will entail a thorough evaluation of your mobility, strength, and current workload to determine all of the underlying factors contributing to your pain. You will then work with your therapist to create an individualized plan to help you reach your goals and feel safe, confident, and empowered within your own body!
Evaluations are typically 75 minutes while all follow-ups are 60 minutes. You will be working 1:1 with only your therapist during these times!
We are not contracted with health insurance companies and, as a result, we don't bill your insurance directly for services. Instead, our clients pay us directly for their personalized, one-on-one physical therapy sessions.
This allows us to provide a fully comprehensive care plan that is not limited by typical insurance rules and regulations.
For out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a superbill for that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your health insurance plan.
Yes, we do take FSA and HSA!
We require 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.
As we utilize a movement based approach, we recommend you wear clothes that allow you to move well and you're comfortable in!
