ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Coach Lindsey!
Founder of Adapt Movement & Rehab, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Strength and Kettlebell Coach
In my decade of experience in the rehab field, I’ve seen too many individuals rushed through the medical system, often feeling unheard and misunderstood. They don’t receive the personalized care they need, and as a result, they fall short of achieving the outcomes they’re seeking. Instead of addressing the root causes, they are given passive treatments like pain medications, injections, and surgeries, with little focus on active steps they can take to heal and improve.

I've personally seen and experienced how just being given a 'quick fix' doesn't actually provide the path towards decreasing the risk of further injury, disease, or improve quality of life.

I want to do better, for myself and for those that trust in me for their care.

I graduated from University of St. Mary in Leavenworth, KS in 2016 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I work with all patient populations, and in particular often work with strength athletes, crossfitters, personal trainers and coaches, weekend warriors and active adults, as well as individuals suffering from a concussion.

I firmly believe that we can regain control of our health by proactively preparing our bodies to meet the demands we place on them. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength Coach, I’m here to guide you in optimizing your physical activity to not only relieve pain and reduce the risk of injury but also to enhance performance and cultivate sustainable, healthy habits.
Together, we’ll improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, paving the way for a balanced and vibrant life for the long term.
